Educator and Scholar of Digital Technology and Entrepreneurship

This website represents my effort to bring my research beyond academia while offering reflections on research, teaching, and life.
I study how digital technologies shape organizations, markets, and everyday life. My work looks at how people talk about technology, how companies build and govern digital platforms, and how issues like responsibility, diversity, and fairness show up in the digital world.
My research has appeared in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Information & Management, International Journal of Information Management, Journal of Business Research, and Internet Research.
In the classroom, I work with students at the intersection of business, analytics, technology, and entrepreneurship. What I enjoy most is helping them recognize how both new and established technologies shape business and society.
